General Guidance to Parents
► Encourage your child to come to school every single day, as this creates a healthy stable routine that will
help in your child’s learning development.
► Parents are requested to notify the school if their ward is exposed to any communicable/ infectious
disease so that the health needs of other children at school can be protected.
► Whenever a student is absent from school for any reason, parents are requested to call the school to
report their child’s absence.
► Parent Teacher Conferences take place three times during the year. The conferences provide an
opportunity to discuss your child’s progress & work together to help them be successful.
► Please attend all the requested conferences & respond to all parental notification forms and notices.
► Parents are not allowed to contact the teachers directly during school hours. In case, such a meeting is
desired by the parent, prior appointment with the subject teachers must be taken for SMM days. ( 1st & 2nd Saturday)
► Parents are requested to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying
attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their children’s work.
► They should check the diary everyday to check given home work or any instruction. They are advised to
check the bag of their ward daily to see if any notice, circular etc. have been issued.
► Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address / telephone number.
► If any student wants to take half day leave on any day, then only his / her parents should pick him / her up
after filling the half day leave form at school reception (Half Day timing will be after 12::30 PM & before 2:00
PM). The students will not be allowed to go with any other relative other than his/her parents.
► For health & safety, parents should refrain from sending cakes on birthday to school
General Guidance for Students:-
► Please provide 2 sets of spare dresses along with 2 sets of inner wears in a bag neatly labeled. Make sure to put a handkerchief inside their bag.
►Nails in trimmed condition are imperative for reasons of hygiene and safety. Parents are requested to observe this meticulously.
► ID cards should be worn every day.
► Parents are requested not to send their kid to the school during illness, to obviate any infection to other children…
► The school takes utmost care of kids. FIRST AID will be given immediately in case of any injury. Information will be provided to the parents with request to take care of medical expenses.
► During special days of celebration like the birthdays; parents are requested not to distribute sweets or chocolates or cakes to the kids in the school. However, they are welcome to present any gifts.
► When the kid is unable to attend school for any reason whatsoever, Parents are requested to keep the school informed.
► Students must bring books according to their time-table. All books must be neatly covered and labeled.
► Every pupil must possess the school diary which should be brought to school daily. Pupils are not allowed to tear any page from this diary.
► Pupils who wish to be absent for any foreseeable reason must bring, well in advance, a written request from their parents giving the specific reason for the anticipated absence.
